Rental

Social clubs can be great places to host a special event. They offer spacious rooms, a stage, dance floors, small kitchens, and even an outdoor pavilion. They also have a unique character and can contribute to the local community. Book your date well in advance when renting a social club, especially for popular dates and large events.

Please check the EVENTS tab to ensure the date is not taken.
It is first-come, first-served, with a deposit.

Rental Hall Fees

Members Rental
$200 for a fee
(Need to pay in full 45 days before the event date)
You will need to pay your membership dues in advance to
reserve a spot for next year’s event.

Non-Members Rental
$400 for a fee
(Need to pay in full 45 days before the event date)

Funeral Rental
No fee for deceased member
$50 fee for deceased +10 years of membership (current or former)
$100 fee for members’ deceased families

Michigan School for the Deaf (students’ event) Rental
$200 for a fee
(Need to pay in full 45 days before the event date)

Any Organization Rental
$300 for a fee
(Need to pay in full 45 days before the event date)
Reserve up to 6 hours between 10 AM and 6 PM

Educational Workshop Rental
The fee is free

Meeting Rental
The fee is $50 for a maximum of two hours.

An additional charge of $25 applies for each additional hour.
Please note that reservations are not allowed after 5 PM on Fridays and Saturdays
(Need to pay in full 45 days before the event date)

Security Deposit and Kitchen Fee

The $100 security deposit is required to reserve the club.
The $20 kitchen fee covers the kitchen use.

The security deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 30 days of the event.
The security deposit is fully refundable after the event if there is no damage.
